THE RIVER is flowing very quickly now. If we've managed to stay afloat and have positioned our kayaks in the "sweet spot" of the current (in other words, in alignment with our soul's intentions), we can make significant progress in the days and weeks ahead. If we've been standing on the shore, waiting for the right moment to launch our boat and join the flow, this would be the time!
This is the week we've been talking about and building toward since the beginning of the year -- arguably the most powerful week of 2015, in astrological terms. This is the week of the final exact Pluto-Uranus square, a Solar Eclipse/New Moon in the very last degree of the zodiac, and the Aries Equinox. Throw in a Neptune-Mercury alignment in Pisces, and we have quite a mix of energies to work with.
We might call this a pivot point, a time of choosing new options and releasing the old. It is a time for breakthroughs and insights, when we can ride the energies of change into a new future.
THE PLUTO-URANUS SQUARE on Monday (Tuesday in some time zones) is the driving force behind many of the changes, breakthroughs, and even breakdowns we're experiencing now. Pluto is the Transformer; Uranus is the Liberator. When they work with us, these two planets have an almost alchemical effect. Even if we can't explain the "how" or even the "why," we know that something basic within us has shifted after an encounter with these two powerful planets.
With a Saturn-Mercury square also occurring on Monday, we have an even stronger sense of this being a time of destiny and decision-making. At the same time, Saturn in Sagittarius can make us question what it all means, and we may hesitate to trust the Mercury-in-Pisces knowing that everything will turn out all right, even if we can't yet see the outcome.
THE SOLAR ECLIPSE on Friday occurs in the very last degree of Pisces, which is also the very last degree of the zodiac. The 29th degree of any sign is called the "anaretic degree," and it indicates that we are at a choice point. Having a Solar Eclipse at the last degree of the zodiac emphasizes that theme even further.
The last degree of a sign can also be a destabilizing influence, since the energy is in the process of shifting from one mode to another -- in this case, we are moving from a water/mutable sign (Pisces) to a fire/cardinal sign (Aries). We can feel ungrounded, and yet also have a sense of urgency, a feeling that we need to wrap things up, and that decisions need to be made quickly.
This can be a helpful influence, if we're ready to take that leap and have prepared adequately. But it is also wise to watch ourselves if we are inclined to act hastily. Pull your energy to center before making life-changing decisions, and make sure you understand what traveling a new road will require of you.
AS I SAID in my teleclass in January, the Sabian symbol for this week's Solar Eclipse "takes my breath away" because it so clearly speaks to these times of change. The symbol reads:
"A majestic rock formation resembling a face is idealized by a boy who takes it as his ideal of greatness, and as he grows up, he begins to look like it: The power of clearly visualized ideals to mold the life of the visualizer. The capacity for self-transformation."
The further interpretation of this symbol by astrologer Dane Rudhyar explains that:
"At the highest spiritual-cosmic level, this is the power used by the God-like Beings at the close of a cosmic cycle in projecting the basic Formula (the Word) which will start a new universe."
This is an incredibly powerful statement. It corresponds nicely with the idea that we are in the process of shifting from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, and that this eclipse season and the Pluto-Uranus transit are contributing to that shift in important ways.
THE ARIES EQUINOX occurs just 13 hours after the Solar Eclipse, and so we will continue to feel the effects of the eclipse pretty strongly for the next three months. In addition, the chart for the Equinox contains two aspects of note:
· The Moon is conjunct the South Node, indicating that emotional attachments to the past may come up and need to be released
· Saturn is trine the Sun, providing the discipline and courage we need to manifest a new reality based on the beliefs that we hold as truth
The themes of these two aspects, along with the influence of the Pluto-Uranus square, will remain with us throughout the coming season (spring in the North, autumn in the South). Based on these aspects, we can anticipate that for the next three months, we will continue to feel the urge to grow and change, and to leave the past behind. At the same time, we should also have the strength needed to manifest our new reality.
A LAST NOTE, about the Neptune-Mercury conjunction quietly holding the energies on Wednesday: Amidst the drama and flash of all the other planetary activity this week, this alignment could get lost in the shuffle -- and yet it feels important that we pay attention to its energies and its potential gifts.
Mercury represents how our logical minds work, how we communicate and plan, and how we process information. As Mercury aligns with Neptune, representative of spiritual oneness and creative inspiration, we have greater access to our intuitive knowing, to guidance from other dimensions, and to the mindful perspective that can provide the very peace and illumination we seek.
If life gets hectic this week, take a few moments to put your world "on pause" so that you can feel into that Neptune-Mercury energy -- and then hold the memory of that feeling with you, to inspire and support you during these transformational times.
This month's Equinox may be one of the most potent experienced in recent
years. Here's a snapshot of what you can do now to prepare for beneficial
spiritual openings available at this gateway. What you say yes or no to at
this juncture could have long-term implications in your life. Read full Article here

The two 2015 quadric of equinoxes, solstices, and solar-lunar eclipses are extremely powerful and frequentially collated , presenting a unique coded octahedronal portal opening of the New Earth. During the equinoxes, solstices, and especially the 4 mega-eclipses of 2015 a surge of 'new' coded energies will flood the planet.
2015 Key Focal Dates:
March 20 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This phase occurs at 09:36 UTC. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.
March 20 - Total Solar Eclipse. A total solar eclipse occurs when the moon completely blocks the Sun, revealing the Sun's beautiful outer atmosphere known as the corona. The path of totality for this eclipse will be limited to the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans between Greenland and northern Russia.
(NASA Map and Eclipse Information) (NASA Interactive Google Map)
March 20 - March Equinox. The March equinox occurs at 22:45 UTC. The Sun will shine directly on the equator and there will be nearly equal amounts of day and night throughout the world. This is also the first day of spring (vernal equinox) in the Northern Hemisphere and the first day of fall (autumnal equinox) in the Southern Hemisphere.
April 4 - Full Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This phase occurs at 12:05 UTC. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Full Pink Moon because it marked the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox, which is one of the first spring flowers. This moon has also been known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Growing Moon, and the Egg Moon. Many coastal tribes called it the Full Fish Moon because this was the time that the shad swam upstream to spawn.
April 4 - Total Lunar Eclipse. A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes completely through the Earth's dark shadow, or umbra. During this type of eclipse, the Moon will gradually get darker and then take on a rusty or blood red color. The eclipse will be visible throughout most of North America, South America, eastern Asia, and Australia. (NASA Map and Eclipse Information)
April 18 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This phase occurs at 18:56 UTC. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.
April 22, 23 - Lyrids Meteor Shower. The Lyrids is an average shower, usually producing about 20 meteors per hour at its peak. It is produced by dust particles left behind by comet C/1861 G1 Thatcher, which was discovered in 1861. The shower runs annually from April 16-25. It peaks this year on the night of the night of the 22nd and morning of the 23rd. These meteors can sometimes produce bright dust trails that last for several seconds. The first quarter moon will set shortly after midnight, leaving fairly dark skies for the what could be a good show. Best viewing will be from a dark location after midnight. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Lyra, but can appear anywhere in the sky.
May 4 - Full Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This phase occurs at 03:42 UTC. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Full Flower Moon because this was the time of year when spring flowers appeared in abundance. This moon has also been known as the Full Corn Planting Moon and the Milk Moon.
Astro - Energy Points in the Portal of Harmony . The Eta Aquarids is an above average shower, capable of producing up to 60 meteors per hour at its peak. Most of the activity is seen in the Southern Hemisphere. In the Northern Hemisphere, the rate can reach about 30 meteors per hour. It is produced by dust particles left behind by comet Halley, which has known and observed since ancient times. The shower runs annually from April 19 to May 28. It peaks this year on the night of May 5 and the morning of the May 6. The nearly full moon will be a big problem this year blocking out all but the brightest meteors. If you are patient, you should still be able to catch a few good ones. Best viewing will be from a dark location after midnight. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Aquarius, but can appear anywhere in the sky.
May 7 - Mercury at Greatest Eastern Elongation. The planet Mercury reaches greatest eastern elongation of 21.2 degrees from the Sun at 4:00 UT. This is the best time to view Mercury since it will be at its highest point above the horizon in the evening sky.
May 18 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This phase occurs at 04:13 UTC. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.
May 23 - Saturn at Opposition - Saturnic Trigger The ringed planet will be at its closest approach to Earth and its face will be fully illuminated by the Sun. It will be brighter than any other time of the year and will be visible all night long. This will be a major trigger in the Portal of Harmony and lead into the June 21st Solstice. Saturn governs life path and this period will offer clarity into the priority and purpose of each persons direction. It is a time to re-calibrate and redetermine your direction.
June 2 - Full Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This phase occurs at 16:19 UTC. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Full Strawberry Moon because it signaled the time of year to gather ripening fruit. It also coincides with the peak of the strawberry harvesting season. This moon has also been known as the Full Rose Moon and the Full Honey Moon.
June 6 - Venus at Greatest Eastern Elongation. The planet Venus reaches greatest eastern elongation of 45.4 degrees from the Sun. This is the best time to view Venus since it will be at its highest point above the horizon in the evening sky.
June 16 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This phase occurs at 14:05 UTC. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.
June 21 - June Solstice. The
June solstice occurs at 16:38 UTC. The North Pole of the earth will be tilted
toward the Sun, which will have reached its northernmost position in the
sky and will be directly over the Tropic of Cancer at 23.44 degrees north
latitude. This is the first day of summer (summer solstice) in the Northern
Hemisphere and the first day of winter (winter solstice) in the Southern

I AM AMERICA
Are you ready for the New Year? I am. The stars are promising a great year, both astrologically and culturally. 2014 is perhaps one of the most interesting years astrologically that we have seen in decades. In fact, we have not experienced this type of benefic energy for sixty years!
According to Vedic Astrology - the Ancient Astrology of India - both of the largest planets in the zodiac, Jupiter and Saturn, will both be located in their signs of exaltation in 2014. Saturn remains in Libra, and Jupiter will move into Cancer during the second half of the year. Exaltation is considered the best possible location for a planet and while under this influence a planet's best characteristics are emphasized. This positive energy influences the areas of life that the planet in exaltation naturally rules. With Saturn and Jupiter in exaltation, great things are likely to occur during 2014 for you and the world!
And because Saturn and Jupiter are large influences in all natal charts, almost everyone can take advantage of this amazing planetary transit.
Currently, Saturn is traveling through the sign of Libra, and will remain there until it journeys onward into Scorpio on November 11, 2014. Jupiter enters the sign of Cancer on June 24, 2014. These two events combine, according to most Vedic Astrologers, to usher in an extraordinary time on earth during July, August, September, and October. This amazing period will likely see the culmination of profound scientific discoveries for humanity alongside the birth of many evolved souls. Many Vedic Astrologers consider this as a time of the return of spiritual light on Earth.
Saturn is said to rule these areas of life, so look for improvements in the following areas: agriculture, real estate, social reform, and sciences. Saturn also helps us to transcend illusion, assists our surrender to God, and rules Timelessness. On the other hand, Jupiter looks out for the welfare of humanity, governs the arts, banks, children, education and knowledge, and creates fairness, peace, truthfulness and prosperity. These areas will be filled with the benefic energy of exaltation during the latter part of 2014.
During the last benefic period of both Saturn's and Jupiter's exaltation (1954 and 1955) Jonas Salk's work helped overcome the plight of polio, Rosa Park began her life-long service for civil rights, and Wall Street had its highest peak since 1929. Famous births influenced by these planets during this period include Oprah, Ang Lee, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and the following artists: Bruce Hornsby, Annie Lennox, and Yo Yo Ma.
I hope to share more with you at a later date regarding this remarkable time of spiritual growth and opportunity. May the effulgent light of 2014 shine brightly in your life!
Love and Blessings,
Understand this is an opportunity to reinvent ourselves in a better way.
Understand there will be a price to pay, something may need to go.
If you lose something or someone, understand this is the sign of these times, use a crisis to venture into new horizons and create something new.
Understand this is an adventure and risk must be taken.
Understand that this is not a time when we can expect security-we are in transition...
Listen to your inner truth, make you life truly happen now.
Take care of your immune system: avoid bad diets in generalthey render you vulnerable to opportunistic viruses.
Support your friends and family, we all shall need one another for support during this transition time.
Cultivate your spiritual practice: this is also important for your immune system.
Do your best to do good: whatever you seed now will have effect now and later.
There is probably more than can be said and explained, but you get the point An incredible opportunity is arising, now and throughout 2010this type of cycle has not happened in recent history. We can expect a certain level of destruction to occur-that is the price to paybut the prospect of experiencing an awakening and creating a better future is now within reach. We are now in the midst of a revolution-a cultural, social, and political revolution. On a personal level, it is a conceptual, emotional, and or spiritual revolutiontruly, it is in the making!
The Longest Eclipse of the 21st Century!
TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, BLUE CANCER NEW MOON JULY 22ND - by Soluntra
On Aug. 21, 2017, there will be a total eclipse of the sun directly above the continental United States.
Total Solar Eclipse of 2009 July 22 - On Wednesday, 2009 July 22, a total eclipse of the Sun is visible from within a narrow corridor that traverses half of Earth. The path of the Moon's umbral shadow begins in India and crosses through Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar and China. After leaving mainland Asia, the path crosses Japan's Ryukyu Islands and curves southeast through the Pacific Ocean where the maximum duration of totality reaches 6 min 39 s. A partial eclipse is seen within the much broader path of the Moon's penumbral shadow, which includes most of eastern Asia, Indonesia, and the Pacific Ocean.
The Sabian symbol for this week's Solar Eclipse is intriguing:
"A Daughter of the American Revolution: The prestige and conservatism of a long-maintained heritage."
If we look at this symbol with the idea that we are in completion mode, we can see that it corresponds well with the themes of the Saturn-Venus square, and what we know of the relationship patterns we are leaving behind. The old relationship traditions where one partner plays the parent role and the other plays the child are not likely to withstand the current waves of energy.
SOLAR ECLIPSE PICTURE: Moon's Shadow Seen From Space
As she orbits the Earth, the Moon varies in her physical distance from us. When she is closest, she is at "perigee"; when when she is furthest away, she is at "apogee."
This photo, copied from Moonconnection.com, compares the size of a full moon at apogee and at perigee using the same camera lens. The Web site explains that:
"The apogee and perigee of the moon have a definite affect on the weather and tides here on Earth. When the moon is at apogee, the furthest distance from the Earth, it has less gravitational pull. Weather conditions can be more stable and the tides more predictable. When the moon is at perigee, closer to the Earth, there is much more gravitational pull and it can whip up the tides and cause weather to become more unstable." The increased electromagnetic field felt on Earth when the Moon is at perigee affects not only our physical weather, but our internal "weather" as well.
We are learning to think in new ways, using the right half of the brain as well as the left. It is the right half of the brain that gives us access to higher-level experiences, while the left half allows us to deal with the physical world and its rules and limitations.
There's a fascinating and inspirational online video that explains more about these ideas, for those who wish to view it:
This link takes you to a 20-minute talk given by Jill Bolte Taylor, a brain researcher who experienced a stroke, but who retained her conscious awareness of the experience. The stroke interrupted the usual activities of the left side of her brain, allowing the right side of her brain to take over.
This woman's experience of "nirvana" during her stroke has given me solace during a time when my own father has been having multiple strokes. And, her story gives considerable insights into how developing the right side of the brain is perhaps the experience of "ascension" we on planet Earth are working toward.
If you prefer to read the text of Jill's talk rather than view the video, here's the link to that transcript: http://blog.ted.com/2008/03/jill_bolte_tayl.php#more
As time speeds up, the left sides of our brains are going into overwhelm on a regular basis, just from the sheer magnitude of information and experience coming in. It occurs to me after hearing Jill's story that perhaps one higher intention of this overwhelm and subsequent shut-down is to encourage us to utilize the right side of our brains, thereby gaining access to a higher level of wisdom.
The planet Quaoar (pronounced KWAH-o-wahr), a "minor planet" discovered seven years ago that, due to differences in orbit, is sometimes closer to the Sun than Pluto.
Quaoar is still being defined as to its astrological effect, but here are some opinions to consider:
Quaoar inspires our return to the sacredness of life and to natural law, to synchronize with and live according to the natural laws of creation. (Nick Anthony Fiorenza)
Quaoar will reshape the way we think about ourselves, our spiritual evolution, and our place in The Universe. (Richard Brown)
Quaoar allows us to directly access our ability to manifest our reality without the use of super or extra natural means. (Beth Turnage)
Quaoar is associated with the power of our personal creation mythologies -- everything from how we were created, to how we 'create ourselves' in the process of life. (Kirsti Melto)
Fact or Fiction? ... A 13th Astrological Sign ?
Full Article : Click Here
The mainstream mediasphere lit up in the past few days with tales of a new zodiac. Yes, there is potentially a 13th sign of the zodiac known in ancient times, and it's re-emerging into the astrological lexicon today. This is Ophiuchus, the Serpent Holder, also known as Serpentarius. Unfortunately, the news reports are hopelessly garbled, and the table that's circulating showing "new dates" of the astrological signs is flat-out wrong. I'm hearing from people all over asking about this announcement and a so-called "new zodiac." As a former journalist myself, I know how easy it is for the media to distort the facts when they don't understand the subject matter they're trying to explain, especially if they only quote one source.
For the record:
1. There is no "new zodiac." There's a sidereal zodiac and a tropical zodiac, both very old. There are other zodiacs, as well, in various traditions.
2. Yes, there is a constellation called Ophiuchus (or Serpentarius), and the Sun transits this region of the sky each December.
3. Ophiuchus may or may not be a sign of the zodiac, depending on your perspective.
As you discern your own truth about all this, here's something to consider. If the zodiac suddenly changed, don't you think you'd hear about it first from a reputable astrologer rather than NBC Nightly News? The gift of the Serpent Holder is a sacred mystery to be explored and savored. I've been teaching and writing about this subject for the past several years and invite you to read about it my Evolutions blog.
There is a new book out called The Dictator's Astrologer by Roberleigh H Claigh. The book is all about Afra Waesch (the astrologer) and Hitler, comparing their paths, hers toward the light and his toward darkness. Afra was my mother's teacher, and her best friend, whom we children were all fortunate to have influence us also. It was she who introduced my sisters and I to spirituality. Fascinating read. Thought some of you might be interested, especially the people who know astrology as charts are done and analyzed on the top people who surrounded Hitler. Basically it is a great comparison of two people whose paths intertwine and how one's choices make all the difference. The book also indicates how well Afra's Light protected her, even in the most difficult of times. Sharon Wyeth email@example.com
