What does the month of February hold for the U.S. and the world regarding
atmospheric conditions and earth changes?
MASTERS: A new month, new challenges, new ways of looking at things are the
gifts of February. Many changes are occurring in the lives of human beings and
most of it is due to much higher frequencies that are surrounding Planet Earth.
If this sounds a little weird, look at your own life, then at the situations of
countries all over the world. Not only are the leaders of the world's nations
changing rapidly, but the attitude of people in general. Weather conditions are
also being affected by this, causing significant changes in the atmosphere
around the planet and in the sea currents. Fear is sometimes a good thing, when
it forces humanity out of its little personal cocoons into the realization that
all human beings spring from the same source and have the same needs and
desires. forcing the drastic changes in societies that must be made at this
point in history.
More storms, more high winds, more frigid temperatures, some outlandish
tornadoes, all leading to flooding when the temperatures decide to rise and
cause new problems. That isn't what you want to hear. On the North American
Continent, the American and Canadian Northwest , the mid-sections of these
countries, and the Eastern coastlines, following all the way up into the Arctic,
will be hammered by one storm system after another for at least the first two to
three weeks, then things will calm down and higher temperatures come into play.
In Europe, and around the world in the northern climes, much of the same. Snow
depths will be unheard of, and transportation will hamper trade and economic
conditions, especially in third world countries. Mexico will be a little colder
than usual, but will probably have the most normal February weather in the
world! In the southern hemispheres, climates will be changing from one zone to
another, causing crops to fail in one area, and grow unusually fast in another.
Africa will be experiencing strong sand storms, which they certainly do not need
at this time, and water will become one of the main problems. There are large
underground stores of water in many parts of that continent that can be tapped
if and when money is provided for the drilling. Australia will see many more
storms along the coastal areas and flooding as the sea rises from the melting
ice in the Antarctic. The Outback will experience unusually cold temperatures
around the middle of the month. Asia will see its worst weather in centuries, as
drought in the northern areas and heavy rains in the southern parts and along
the coasts will cause real problems as China works toward a world sporting
event. Continued quakes in the Indonesian island chain will force some islanders
to seek new places to live, as the undersea ridges are nudged out of position.
There has been a slight change in the position of the Earth in relation to the
Sun, which has upset the normal range of climates, and taken it a few degrees
further from the Sun. This will not be permanent, as the magnetic relationships
to the other planets in the solar system will balance such an impropriety. By
April, the orbit around the Sun will be back to normal, and traditional spring
weather should come back into play. in the meantime, the Earth will be trying to
compensate for the situation by shifting its plates and charging up its inner
temperatures to force the balance. Yes, that means more earthquakes and volcanic eruptions around the world.
Where is a safe place? Wherever you are is the best place, for you are there for
a reason. Pulling up stakes and spending your savings trying to find a safe
haven will generally only put you in a sorry financial situation and make you
very homesick. Banding together in groups that are dedicated to helping each
other is the way humanity was conceived of at its beginning, and it is time that
this inner need/ability is brought into play again. Keep your emergency supplies
up to date, in a safe and easily-grabbed place in your dwellings. Most of you
will not need them, but some of you will.
All in all, this will be a challenging month, a time to stretch your abilities,
your patience, and your relationships with family and the world at large. A time
to form new friendships and see that skin color has nothing to do with human
needs or the Love that is within each and every one of you just trying to come
out and do something with it! The theme of Valentines Day is a good one - let
Love rule!"

Question: Would you comment on the present state of our dissolving world economy and the state of the U.S. during the last year of the present President ? Are we in for a drastic change in our way of living?
MASTERS: "This is a big question and the answer depends upon many elements and decisions that must be made in the next few months. Many people are praying for divine intervention to keep their life styles intact and the world from breaking down entirely financially. To start, we will say this: Divine intervention is used by the spiritual monitors of Planet Earth only when there is a definite
danger to the planet itself or to humanity as a whole. Where there are massive
natural storms, floods, etc., etc., there are always the "hands" of the guardians of each of you determining your rescue or fate, according to your own pattern for this lifetime. Many times such rescues border on what you term miracles, they seem so unlikely.
At this time, danger is to be seen all over the world, not only in the U.S., of
an economic system breakdown due to greed and the drive for power in many
places. Your stock markets are on a see-saw and will continue to reflect the
slightest change in the political outcomes of your current elective procedure,
as one, then another pulls into the lead. The positive thing in this is the
necessity of people who usually pay no attention to the choosing of a leader are
realizing their choice now could make a tremendous difference in their own lives
in the coming years. Wars and cruelty that have become a way of life in many
parts of the world have just about run their race, for humanity is fed up with
it and is starting to take things in their own hands. The imbalance of trade
between nations will look like someone "up there' is playing dice with the
markets as investors scurry to find safe investments for their money, realizing
that the out-sourcing of American businesses is beginning to upset many ways of
doing business and trade relations around the world. The present recessive
outlook on U.S. economy is the result of manipulative managing of funds that
were handled very poorly and with no conscience of what the outcome would
eventually be. We do not see this coming back into balance for at least another
year, but it will calm down as a new administration comes into power. The tax
refunds that are being set up currently to put more money into the economic mix
will help a little for most people, but in the long run the best path is not to
spend foolishly, but to carefully manage what you have now and will have the
rest of the year. The economists will not like that concept, but on a personal
basis, it is only common sense. Spending money you do not have with credit cards only puts a person into long-term debt and trashes the financial future. Charge only what you can afford to pay off immediately, and pay off the card debts that exist as soon as possible. Don't panic! This too shall pass, and if each of you manages what you have, no matter where you live, in a sensible way, there is no reason your lives will have to change to any degree. The U.S. Administration will be seen to be "on hold" at the higher levels, as the possibility of a really hard depression sends its attention to focus on the needs of Americans
instead. The President will try to keep "face" by trying to bring about peace
negotiations in other parts of the world and seek new markets for U.S. products
overseas. We still see him in very poor health.
All in all, hang in there! Take time to find your personal peace in a quiet
place as often as possible and listen to your inner guidance when there is a
need to make necessary decisions. The answers will come and help will come when you ask for it! Yes, ask for money to come to you when it is needed. Yes, ask for healing when you need it. It is all there for you, if you are open to those
possibilities and can accept what is given. You may ask for anything, but, as
the old saying goes, "be careful what you ask for!" That saying came into play
from the beginning of time, for your spiritual friends will sometimes grant an
inappropriate request in order to teach a lesson to the seeker who asks for a
fortune then finds tragedy and unhappiness because of it. Think carefully before
making such requests! You are all in this lifetime to be educated into LIFE, in
its fullest meaning. Make the most of it!"

Question from "Mozart": He has read that sea levels around the world will rise nine feet in less than three years. Any truth in that?
MASTERS: "Sea levels are indeed on the rise, but 'more like nine inches in that
length of time. It must be realized that even one inch is making worlds of
difference in many places around the world, especially in the island nations.
Low-lying coastal land around the world is being slowly inundated and will
continue to do so for a long time as the ice packs around the world slowly melt
down. This is because of the warmer atmosphere of course, but more so because of the earth's inner core also heating up and bringing more heat to the surface. As
the nations involved finally accept this fact, buildings, towns and farm lands
will have to be pulled back and reinstated further inland if possible. England
is experiencing their first real problem with this already. Your world is
changing ."

defining and regarding the meaning of the word "Love", spiritually and
physically, and how it affects humanity in this day and age, with the many
shades of meaning that humanity has put upon it, especially in the media. Also,
describe how Love's energies react in the human body as healing.
MASTERS: "Dear Readers: From the beginning of time the emotional feelings of
closeness and companionship were expressed verbally in many ways. If you are
interested, check your Encyclopedia on this. The word "love" has been in use for
a long time. but has generally not really been understood in its entirety.
In the physical and emotional sense, it conveys the meaning of the attraction
between two human beings in the eternal mating game of all life forms. bringing
a physical and emotional need to be with that other person to continue life on
this planet. It has been expressed as an electrical spark that is set off when
physical contact is made, seeing stars, etc.! This happens because of the
similarity in genes and in the cellular structure in the two bodies that signals
a "match". It is then up to the two participants to set up a relationship that
should last a lifetime and create a family situation for the children they may
create.
In the spiritual realm Love is the "glue" that holds everything together, so to
speak. It is the supreme positive that allows for nothing less among all
spiritual beings. Where there is dissention, such beings are moved into a
rarified space to themselves until they are able to accept the positive
vibrations that rule what you call "heaven". Soul beings inhabiting the
spiritual realm have a very real and vitally interesting eternity of experiences
and learning. They make close relationships with each other and, during
incarnations in lower dimensions (Earth-Third Dimension), often meet each other in human form without knowing of that spiritual relationship. Often times you meet someone and immediately feel drawn to them and want to see them again. This is not unusual. The feelings of Love that you felt for that soul being still exists, and always will, and it is a pleasant thing to continue the relationship
in human form. This kind of closeness has nothing to do with sex, or whether the
person is male or female.
The emotion of Love in its purest form is the perfection of goodness, kindness,
generosity, consideration, selflessness, decency, all the constants that reflect
that Perfect Light in the higher kingdom. The word is used constantly by most
people without really considering the power it contains and whether or not they
really mean what they are saying! Oh yes, there is great power in this word, not
for the spelling or the penmanship, but in the real meaning behind it. When
sending a card or a signature with that word included, stop for a moment and
include your own thoughtful meaning to empower the written word. Think how you feel when someone, anyone, tells you they love you. There is a spark there when the teller means what he/she says, and also a rather dull feeling when you
instinctively know that they do not, but just trying to get something from you
or create a false impression. That word is a powerful word because of the
emotions it creates and the connotations of creation and destruction it has in
its simple spelling.
Love contains such positive vibrations that it also empowers humanity to help
each other, indeed, forces humanity to see the inhuman violence around the world and feel compelled to do something about it when they possibly can. People of means are pouring their resources and personal time into tremendous efforts to help make the world a better place and, despite all of the media hype to the contrary, these efforts are starting to bear fruit and will continue to do so in
the coming months and years. Woe to those who use the word Love as a mask for their own negative intentions! The power of the word used in such a way will
bring the horrors of nasty dreams, incomplete schemes, and confound greed and
criminal thoughts and actions. This is not a word to fool with!
Is Love an energy? Yes, it is a living force.! As you conceive of energy, it is
the cellular structure of the universe, existing in everything, in every living
being, in every speck of matter and anti-matter, etc., etc., Love is merely a
simple term that expresses the immensity of creation and its creative, on-going
life in all things. "God is Love" is a term correctly applied.
The God-Love-Energy is the warmth of relationships, the beauty of nature, the
voice of the winds and the singing of birds. Everything that has been created
for the Children of God is part of that Love and always will be.
The difficulties humanity perceives and experiences are also part of that Love,
for they are given to hone the spiritual being into becoming the higher vision
of spiritual dimensions to be attained.
What you consider to be the opposite of Love, Hate, is merely the absence of
Love; a state of disregarding the natural state of mind and following sometimes
the negative visions of others in order to gain a doubtful respect or to get
vengeance upon someone. When there is too much reliance on one point of view,
the step back from Love is to hate everything and everyone that does not agree
with what you believe or what you want to achieve or happen. Religions that
preach Love from the pulpit, then go out and make war upon those who worship
their creator in a different way are divorcing themselves from the reality of
Love and are only deceiving themselves and those who follow such beliefs, for
Love has then turned into Hate.
No one can promise Love without having Love in their heart and entire being.
Love is in each soul being by nature and deep within every incarnated being on
Earth. It may take some thinking and feeling to bring it up and out into the
Light sometimes, but it is well worth the effort. Think on this: Prayers sent to
help others when only said because it is the thing to do, are of no benefit if
the person praying has not the Love power in that prayer. It is the Power of
Love, the power of universal energy, that brings the prayer to the attention of
those beings who work with you and answer the prayers; that is the actual
creative energy that brings into spiritual and physical reality the answers that
need to be given, in the ways and at the proper times.
Can Love heal? Most certainly! Physical healing of a body or mind is simply the
creative energy that works through Love. A person who can accept that fact and
let the inner creative energy they are born with, working with incoming Love
energy as it is requested for the good of the one to be healed, is quite able to
send that energy into the areas needed to re-form the cells of the body back to
their natural state. This is being done all the time by many people.
Self-healing is the same thing. Focusing on what is needed to be healed and
directing your inner Love energy to correct the imperfections can be done at any
time, it only takes a clear and quiet mind, concentrating on what is to be done.
Clarity of mind is necessary for any healing action.
Think of Love as part of your inheritance from the spiritual realm, using it for
your own good and the good of others. It is what holds your world together and
it is getting stronger every day. Send out pure Love to those whom you feel are
in need of it, whether or not they realize what you are doing. Keep Love alive
in your homes and workplaces and feel the vibrations change and body language
show that something wonderful has happened!

mean a lot to me in these very hard times. Our grandchildren are struggling just
to make ends meet, and things are tight, but we are all in it together and help
each other. We have been playing dominos with Jim, our son-in-law, and I have a
huge puzzle laid out on the dining room table. Good cold-weather activities as
we carry in the wood for the fireplace and wood stove, and watch the river
flooding through our little valley in its own shallow ravine. Very exciting, but
